These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClubPort. By using ClubPort, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Using ClubPort

ClubPort provides a discussion platform for clubs and organizations. To use ClubPort, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Have permission to join the organizations you request access to

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClubPort to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Share others' personal information without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful materials
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you post on ClubPort. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content to other members of your organization as part of providing the service.

You are responsible for the content you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Organization administrators

Each organization on ClubPort has administrators who manage membership and settings. Administrators are responsible for:

• Inviting and removing members appropriately
• Moderating content within their organization
• Ensuring their organization's use complies with these Terms

Service availability

We strive to keep ClubPort available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of liability

ClubPort is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other reasons with notice when practical.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of ClubPort after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
